Dine Tampa Bay Launch Party A Success!

I'd like to start this post off with a pat on the back for the Dine Tampa Bay staff, T. Pepin Hospitality, and all of the restaurants who came out last night and helped to put on a great show for the Dine Tampa Bay Official Launch Party!

All i can say is that it was truly awesome folks! If you missed this one, then you definitely missed a great event! There was food, competition, great drinks, and yes the agony of defeat as there had to be a winner and a non winner in the mystery cook-off with local celebrities and some of the Tampa Bay area's top local chef's!

Each team was given a mystery bag of ingredients, along with a community table full of spices, seasonings and more, and were tasked with creating a stunning dish in only 20 minutes. The catch – the professional chefs couldn't touch or handle the food in any way; they were only allowed to direct their partner in preparing the entree.

All I can say is that it presented us with some pretty interesting culinary creations at the end of the ending, but only one paring could be crowned winner, and congrats go out to Chef Gerry from Puff n Stuff Catering and Preston Rudie of 10 Connects.
